Here are My Expectations/Policies: I founded Holy Handyman to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ.  While I can't expect every employee to be born again, I do require all to adhere to strict morals and guidelines.  Here are some of my policies: 1.  No smoking while working, or on any jobsite. 2.  No drugs or alcochol while working, or on any jobsite, nor can you be under the influence of any mind-altering substance. 3.  No cursing while working, or on any jobsite. 4.  No bad attitudes.  I'd much rather employ an unskilled person that wants to work than a skilled person who would rather not. 5.  No personal phone calls/visitors while working. 6.  Punctuality is a must.  Be on time...every time. 7.  No dishonesty of any kind will be tolerated.  This includes theft, lying, going behind my back or hiding something  from me. 8.  You must provide your own transportation to and from job sites, or to predetermined meeting points each day. 9.  No inappropriate clothing/excessive tattoos or jewlry. 10.  Music is allowed while working, but only at reasonable levels, and no secular music is allowed. 11.  I expect each employee to be self-guiding and self-disciplined.  I expect your best whether you're being watched or not, and even if its a task you'd rather not do. 12.  We take 1 break daily for lunch.  13.  Pay will be weekly by check only.  I do not do cash advances/loans/etc. I hire without regard to familial status, race, sex, color, religion, national origin, and in conformance with all federal and state laws. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have already read and agreed to my policies.  You will be expected to follow them from day 1.
